Sending parcels internationally requires a little more forward planning than sending items within the UK.

International (non-European) shipping

Any parcels sent outside of the European Union require a commercial invoice.

This invoice will be used as a customs declaration form and needs to be provided by the company which is exporting the item.

Please attach the correct commercial invoice to the outside of your parcel, to ensure that it is not delayed at customs.

European Shipping

Parcels traveling within the European Union do not require a commercial invoice. These include:
