  • Why are you asking about the contents of the parcel?
  • Parcels travelling outside of the EU require commercial invoices to pass through customs. These provide customs with information about the items in the parcel. Hermes will ask for this information when completing the order to ensure that all of the correct information has been gathered. All you need to do is make sure that you have inputted information about all of the items in your parcels, that the information is correct and fix the commercial invoice to your parcel.

    If you are traveling inside of the EU you do not need to include a commercial invoice.
